This workshop is more than just listening to a success story. Shogo Shibata, a former Yomiuri Giants pitcher and current Singapore-based entrepreneur, will personally teach you the "Mindsets and Habitual Techniques" he developed through his turbulent and inspiring life.

How did he overcome the despair of a rare incurable disease (Behcet’s disease) to knock on the door of professional baseball?

How did he restart from zero after retiring from the glitz and glamour of the pro world?

How did he realize the grand dream of building a "Koshien" in Asia, a place where he had no prior connections?
