We establish our information security policy as follows.
TicketMe Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') is committed to protecting the information assets of the Company and the information assets entrusted to us by our customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to respond to the trust of our customers and society by implementing information security throughout the company based on the following policies.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company will strive to improve and enhance information security in an organized and continuous manner under the leadership of management.
2. Establishment of Internal Systems
The Company will establish an organization for the maintenance and improvement of information security and establish information security measures as formal rules within the company.
3. Employee Initiatives
The Company's employees will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and ensure their commitment to information security.
4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
The Company will comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security and meet customer expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
The Company will respond appropriately to violations of laws, contractual violations, and incidents related to information security and strive to prevent recurrence.
