That unforgettable emotion returns once again —
“How to Train Your Dragon” Cinema Orchestra Concert returns by popular demand!
Experience the dragon ride through live performance!
A revival performance of the Cinema Orchestra Concert (commonly known as “Cine-Orche®”) has been confirmed.
The entire first installment of DreamWorks’ acclaimed animated film “How to Train Your Dragon” (released in 2010) will be screened on a giant screen, while a full orchestra of more than 80 musicians performs the score live in perfect synchronization with the film.
The film is directed by Dean DeBlois and Chris Sanders, known for Lilo & Stitch, and is based on the novel of the same name by British children’s author Cressida Cowell.
The story follows the friendship and adventure between a timid Viking boy named Hiccup and an injured dragon named Toothless.
Praised as a “miraculous fantasy,” the film became a global hit and developed into a successful series.
In addition, the recently released live-action adaptation has also drawn significant attention, further increasing its popularity.
The music was composed by British composer John Powell and was nominated for the Academy Award® for Best Original Score.
Performed live by a full orchestra, the music powerfully complements the epic story and stunning visuals—sometimes bold and dramatic, sometimes gentle and tender—deeply stirring the emotions of the audience.
This is a heart-moving cinema orchestra experience that can be enjoyed by audiences of all ages.
Please experience that unforgettable emotion once again through the big screen and live orchestral performance!
<Story>
Long, long ago, on the distant Isle of Berk beyond the far seas, Vikings and dragons had been locked in battle for many years. One day, a clumsy and underestimated Viking boy named Hiccup encounters the dragon Toothless. Hiccup approaches the injured Toothless, who can no longer fly. Though Vikings and dragons are meant to be enemies, the distance between the two gradually closes, and they eventually form a “secret friendship.”
