If you purchase multiple tickets, please be aware that depending on the venue's seating arrangement, the seats may not be adjacent to each other. Thank you for your understanding.

Information

On the day of the event, each fan will receive the signatures of both artists on one uchiwa fan. Please read all of the following rules carefully before participating.

All seats will be assigned at random. Your seat number will be available on TicketMe one day before the event. Please make sure to sit only in your designated seat.

1. Participation Tickets

Each person may purchase up to five tickets for each couple.
Under no circumstances may more than five tickets per person be issued for each couple. Tickets registered under a name other than the attendee’s own name may not be used.
Ticket transfers are prohibited, and identification may be required.
Copying, counterfeiting, or reselling participation tickets is strictly prohibited.

2. Items Eligible for Autographs

Autographs will be given only on the uchiwa fan distributed by event staff on the day of the event.
Only an autograph and a personalized name dedication may be requested.
Reselling or transferring autographs or signed uchiwa fans is prohibited.

3. Personalized Name Dedications

Please write the name you would like the artist to include on a piece of paper in advance and bring it with you.
You may choose any name, but please keep it short enough to be completed within the allotted time.
Event staff will check the requested name in advance.

4. Props and Items

Small props such as headbands and glasses may be brought to the event.
Clothing, oversized items, handmade goods, or any items that may inconvenience the artists are prohibited.
Items containing sexual jokes, inappropriate messages, or anything that may make the artists uncomfortable may be rejected at the discretion of event staff.

5. Physical Contact and Conversation

Excessive or prolonged conversation is prohibited. Please follow all instructions given by event staff.
Physical contact, including handshakes and high-fives, is prohibited.
Requests involving excessive physical contact with an artist, physical contact between the artists, or any inappropriate actions are prohibited.

6. 2:1 Photo Session

The 2:1 photo session will be photographed by event staff using the guest’s smartphone or mobile device.
Photos will be taken in portrait orientation only. Two consecutive photos will be taken using the same pose.
As a general rule, photos will not be retaken.

7. Queue Management

Please follow all instructions given by event staff.
Leaving the queue and attempting to re-enter ahead of others or skip your place in line is prohibited.

8. Photography and Recording

During your own autograph session, photography or recording using any device other than a smartphone is prohibited.
Flash photography is prohibited.
Live streaming or making video calls with third parties in real time is prohibited.
The use of tripods, selfie sticks, stabilizers, or other auxiliary equipment is also prohibited.
Photography while waiting is permitted. However, standing up from your seat or causing inconvenience to others may result in photography being prohibited or removal from the venue.

9. Time Limit

The autograph and photo session should be completed within approximately 45 seconds per person.
If the allotted time is exceeded, event staff may end the interaction.

10. Minors and Guardians

Minors must participate with a parent or legal guardian.
Accompanying persons other than the permitted guardian or companion are not allowed.

11. Health and Safety

If you feel unwell, please do not overexert yourself and speak to a member of staff.
In the event of an emergency, such as an earthquake or fire, please follow all instructions given by event staff.

12. Prohibited Conduct

Any behavior that causes inconvenience or disruption to event staff or other attendees is prohibited.
Defamatory remarks toward the artists and excessively personal questions are prohibited.
Anyone who violates these rules may be removed from the venue and may be denied participation in future events.

13. End of the Event

The event will end once the queue has been completed.
