■Event Guidelines
・Minors must obtain parental consent before attending.
・In accordance with local ordinances, guests under the age of 18 must leave the venue by 10:00 PM. Please be aware of this requirement before applying.
・We may ask you to verify your identity with a driver’s license or other valid ID upon entry. Please note that you will not be admitted if you are unable to present such identification.
・Any conduct that violates laws or public order and morals is strictly prohibited.
・Food and drink are permitted inside the venue only if they are beverages with lids or light snacks such as gum or gummy candies. Please refrain from bringing in strongly scented items or soups. Please use restaurants or other food establishments outside the facility for meals and drinks.
・Depending on crowd conditions inside the venue, entry may take some time. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
・Bringing hazardous materials or items prohibited by law into the venue is strictly prohibited.
・Wheelchair users and those requiring assistance must be accompanied by a companion. Please note that the companion must also purchase an admission ticket.
・Except for service dogs, guide dogs, and hearing dogs, pets are not permitted inside the venue.
・Please note that if you are bringing an assistance dog, guide dog, or hearing dog, you may be asked to present a certification card (or user certificate for guide dogs) or a health certificate verifying public health safety.
・Photography and video recording may be conducted by the organizers for event documentation and social media posts. Additionally, as the stage performance will be livestreamed, the audience may appear in the footage. These recordings (photos, videos, etc.) may be used or published on official websites, promotional pages, and various printed materials. Please be aware that you may appear in these recordings.
・The organizers assume no responsibility for theft, loss, injury, or disputes between attendees within the venue.
・Please follow staff instructions to ensure safety and allow other attendees to enjoy the event. Please note that failure to comply with instructions may result in your removal from the venue. In such cases, please be aware that no refunds will be issued for ticket prices, transportation costs, or any other expenses.
・Please stay hydrated and take care of your health.
・Bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue and drinking alcohol are prohibited. Entry while under the influence of alcohol is also prohibited.
・In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake, please listen carefully to staff instructions and venue announcements.
・Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.
・In addition to the above, we may ask for your cooperation in various other matters to avoid crowding or trouble during the performance.
・Event details are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to unavoidable circumstances.
・Please note that these guidelines may be updated in the future due to program changes or other reasons.

■ Prohibited Items
・Items whose possession or carrying is prohibited by law, or which are likely to be treated as criminal offenses, are prohibited.
・Firearms and swords (including replicas; *excluding those made of aluminum) regulated under the Firearms and Swords Control Law are prohibited.
・Items classified as hazardous materials under the Fire Service Act (such as fuel, explosives, and flammable substances) are prohibited.
・Bringing items that violate public order and morals, such as those covered by Article 175 of the Penal Code or the Child Pornography Law, is prohibited.
・Bringing alcoholic beverages and drinking alcohol are prohibited. Additionally, entry while under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
・We cannot store prohibited items. Please dispose of them at the entrance or store them yourself outside the venue.
・The use of open flames inside the venue is prohibited.

■Request to All Cosplay Participants
・Please refrain from the following expressions. We appreciate your cooperation.
　- Expressions limited to those related to Overwatch.
　- Expressions that may criticize or mock specific groups, races, genders, religions, politics, history, or cultures.
　- Expressions that may be mistaken for specific professions (e.g., military uniforms, police uniforms, etc.).
　- Bringing in hazardous materials.
　- Excessive exposure.
・Please purchase a cloakroom/changing room ticket (1,100 yen, tax included) to use the changing rooms.
・Please purchase a cloakroom/changing room ticket (1,100 yen, tax included) to store your belongings.
・Please note that you may have to wait for a short time if the changing rooms or cloakroom are crowded.
・Please return to the changing room promptly after the event ends. It gets crowded near the end of the event, so please cooperate by moving and changing clothes as early as possible.
