※ In connection with participation in this event, any damage, soiling, tire marks, or any other damage whatsoever caused by the actions of a participant or passenger within the Fuji Speedway facilities (including but not limited to the course, road surface, auxiliary facilities, buildings, and equipment) shall, regardless of cause, be the sole responsibility of the relevant participant, who shall restore the facilities to their original condition or compensate for damages at their own expense.

 If cleaning costs, repair costs, loss of business compensation, or similar expenses arise, the participant shall bear the full amount as calculated by the organizer or the facility administrator.
 The organizer and the facility administrator shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for such damages.

This event was established to support the activities of the nonprofit disaster relief organization “Reach Out World Wide (ROWW)”, founded in 2010 by the late Paul Walker, who was globally loved through the Fast & Furious film series.

Led by Paul’s brother Cody Walker and actor Tyrese Gibson, the event is held around the world as a way to carry Paul’s legacy into the future.

It is an experiential festival where Cars × Music × Entertainment × Food come together, offering a full five-senses experience.
