This event offers two types of seating: “Tent Seats” and “Lawn Seats.”
If you have purchased a ticket, please stop by the registration desk on the day of the event.
*Tent seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

〇Children <Open-Date Ticket>
3,200 yen
*Children’s rates apply to ages 4 through elementary school students

Children aged 0–3 are admitted free of charge when seated on a guardian’s lap.
Please purchase a separate ticket for each child if they will occupy a seat.

■Important Notes
◉About Tickets
・Valid for one day between August 6 and August 22 (※[Closed] August 10 [Mon], 17 [Mon], 18 [Tue]).
・Each admission ticket is valid for one person on a single day.
・We do not reissue or refund tickets after purchase.
・Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after you have registered for a workshop.
・No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or interruption due to sudden changes in weather, natural disasters, or other reasons that prevent the event from proceeding.
・Resale of tickets is prohibited.
・We will not provide any compensation for travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees) resulting from cancellation or postponement.
◉ Important Notes Inside the Venue
・Only DRUM TAO original floor mats are permitted; other floor mats are prohibited.
・Bringing large luggage that cannot fit within the DRUM TAO original floor mat area is prohibited.
・We cannot store your luggage.
・This festival is an outdoor event. Please take sufficient precautions for your health, such as wearing clothing suitable for sudden weather changes and staying hydrated.
・If you are pregnant or bringing an infant, please consult with your family and your primary care physician before attending.
・Please take full responsibility for your own health management, including precautions against heatstroke and dehydration.
・Bringing food and beverages into the venue is prohibited.
・As the venue is located in a mountainous area, the weather may change suddenly. Please be fully prepared for rain and temperature fluctuations before attending.
・The use of umbrellas is prohibited during live performances, even in the rain, so please be sure to bring rain gear such as a raincoat.
・Bringing tents, tarps, umbrellas, chairs, tables, and similar items into the venue is prohibited.
・Bringing pets or other animals, fireworks or other flammable items, or dangerous goods prohibited by law into the venue is prohibited.
・Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or engages in behavior that causes a nuisance to other guests, whether inside or outside the venue, will be forcibly removed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
・The organizers, staff, and performers assume no responsibility whatsoever for accidents, theft, or other incidents occurring inside or outside the venue.
・Doors-open and show start times are subject to change without notice due to weather or other circumstances.
・Entry to the venue outside of event hours and camping within the venue are prohibited.
・We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who shouts loudly or otherwise disturbs other guests.
◉Important Notes Regarding Photography and Autograph Sessions
・Photography and video recording of artists and trainees are prohibited in the food stall village.
*Separate photo sessions and autograph sessions will be held.
・You may observe the workshops and take photos.
*Up to two observers are permitted per participant.
◉Policy in Case of Rain or Severe Weather
・The TAO Summer Festival will take place rain or shine.
・In the event of severe weather requiring a weather warning, a decision will be made by the previous day. If the event is canceled, we will announce the cancellation on our website and social media.
・We cannot accept any liability for accidents, injuries, or other incidents caused by natural disasters.
<In the Event of a Postponement Due to Severe Weather>
Reserved-seat tickets for the day affected by severe weather will be treated as general admission tickets and can be used during the festival period (except on the final day).
*Please note that no refunds will be issued.
◉ Other Important Notes
・If the organizing committee determines that operations are being hindered, we may change the operational rules. Please note that no refunds will be issued due to rule changes.
・If unauthorized entry is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue regardless of the reason.
・Photography and videography will take place on the day of the event. Photos and videos taken inside the venue may be published on our website or other media.
・All information provided by customers who have registered belongs to the organizer.
