At the counter, you will receive your ticket showing your seat number or block number. Please make sure your entire party has arrived before entering. If you enter separately, your seats may not be located together. (We cannot hold tickets for members of your party.) Re-entry is not permitted. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued after exchange. *A large number of guests are expected on the day of the event. Please exchange your ticket as early as possible.
