About the Baton Pass Concert®
The Baton Pass Concert® is a concert series that supports aspiring artists, where emerging young performers appear in a relay format, each introducing the next artist.
With the aim of discovering and nurturing the next generation of artists, the series supports talents across a wide range of genres, including classical, pop, and jazz.
Highlights
This concert series connects artists in a relay style, with each performer introducing the next. It embodies the hope that the musical baton will be passed on continuously without interruption.

Airi Mori (Saxophone)
Born in Kagawa Prefecture, Airi Mori graduated from the Music Department of Kagawa Prefectural Sakaide High School and is currently a third-year student at the Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts.
She has received numerous awards, including:
• 5th Prize (highest award) in the Junior High School Division, Saxophone Category, at the 30th Japan Classical Music Competition
• 1st Prize in the High School Woodwind Division at the 44th All Japan Junior Classical Music Competition
• 2nd Prize (highest award) in the High School Division, Saxophone Category, at the 33rd Japan Classical Music Competition
• Runner-up Grand Prize at the 39th Kagawa Junior Music Competition Grand Prix
She has studied under Naomi Shirai, Hikaru Nakamura, Takumi Kainuma, Nobuya Sugawa, Shogo Sakaemura, and Makoto Hondo. She has also studied chamber music with Hiroyuki Matsui.

Anna Sera (Piano)
Born in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, Anna Sera has won Gold Prizes in the Piano Division of the Kagawa Junior Music Competition in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2022. She also received an Excellence Award at the National Finals of the 39th JPTA Piano Audition (Category C) in 2023.
In 2025, she was selected through an internal audition as a soloist and is scheduled to perform with the Musashino Academia Musicae Orchestra in September of the same year. She is a recipient of the Fukui Naoaki Memorial Scholarship for the 2024 and 2025 academic years.
She has studied under Masayo Ayano, Mariko Sano, Yumiko Hosokawa, Eriko Sano, and Satoshi Shigematsu. After graduating from the Music Department of Kagawa Prefectural Sakaide High School, she is currently a third-year student in the Virtuoso Course at Musashino Academia Musicae.
